1small honeydew melon
1/2 or 1/4 water melon
2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
a few sprigs of mint
a little caster sugar
Halve the honeydew melon and scoop out the seeds .Use a melon scoop to remove the flesh in neat balls.Make the water melon felsh into balls , again removing the seeds.
Mix alla the melon sprinkle with a little sugar and chill thoroughly .To serve , spoon the cocktail into glasses and decorate with the sprigs of mint.
